Genetic information of biological organisms is encoded on DNA molecules in the form of the genetic code, which is expressed in a specific sequence of nucleotides. Through DNA replication with the original DNA serving as the template, the same molecules are synthesized and passed down from parents to their offspring. In the processes of growth and development of the next generation, genetic information is transcribed from DNA to RNA, which means RNA, whose sequence of nucleotides corresponds to those on DNA molecules, is synthesized on DNA molecules, and then translated to specific proteins. Under the control of RNA, three nucleotides in mRNA specify one amino acid. Governed by this triplet genetic code, proteins, with specific amino acid sequences, are assembled to carry out all kinds of life functions, making similar hereditary characteristics expressed in parents as well as in their offspring.

The unit of DNA in which an individual act of replication occurs is called the replicon. Each replicon has an origin at which replication is initiated and may also have a terminus at which replication stops. Replication is controlled at the stage of initiation. Once replication has started, it continues until the entire genome has been duplicated. When the ribosome begins translation, programmed frameshifting may occur to the reading frame of an mRNA, causing a -1 or +1 frameshift at a specific site, or even skip 50 nucleotides, as determined by certain signals. This process is called programmed shifting and skipping, or ribosomal frameshifting. This phenomenon broadly exists in bacteria, yeasts, plants, and mammals. The frameshift signal comes from mRNA, and due to a pseudoknot structure and stem-loop structure in the mRNA and the interaction between mRNA and rRNA, the ribosome is induced to slip and shift at a defined position. Such frameshifting may cause a species to mutate, produce new genes, induce chromosomal abnormalities, or lead to evolution in organisms.

It is found in recent experiments that in the processes of replication, transcription, and translation of DNA segments, if frameshifting over +1 (R value) occurs, it may cause one species to experience genetic original shape evolution, whereas the  frameshifting below -1 (Rf  value) may also lead to degeneration in a species. The genetic original shape evolution is to go through higher-level evolution while retaining the original characteristics and appearances, that is, without inducing mutations, new genes and chromosomal abnormalities.

The genes of the New Human Line possess the function of genetic original shape evolution. He can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and new biological engineering techniques to make all DNA in the cells of the body go through the genetic original shape evolution.

The following experiment shows that Mr. Lin, the first New Human Line, utilized the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and new biological engineering techniques to constitute DNA frameshift signals in energy state, including RNA pseudoknots and stem-loops and the interaction between mRNA and rRNA, to generate an over +1 or below -1 frameshift at a defined position in DNA, without any change in its molecular weight, structural formula, and conformation, at 25℃,1.0 atm, and pH 7.0, in a confined and isolated space, and with no contact with catalysts, biologically active substances, chemical substances, and physical action forces. This new biological engineering technique will induce the greatest leap forward in the progress of human evolution.
