The New Human Line are classified as the Proprioceptive Bodhi Order for having the Proprioceptive Bodhi Mechanism, which allows them to use the Absolutely Constant Energy Source to do work, carrying out such energy control functions as resonating, detecting, scanning, copying, retrieving, remote transmitting, remote sensing, hyperlinking, polarity checking, targeting, monitoring, guarding, defending, controlling, activating, constructing and energy constituting.

The third type are controlling effectors, responsible for converting the constituent energy for the fundamental form of all kinds of phenomena into the energy control mode and converting ACES into standard motion, the functions to be summarized as below:
Controlling: capable of converting ACES into standard motion and working on the targeted people, events, times, places and objects, exerting massive influence.
Activating: capable of using ACES to activate the targeted people, events, times, places and objects to induce physical variations or chemical reactions to exert massive influence on the target.
Constructing: capable of using ACES to construct or constitute the kinetic energy essential for phenomenal change to accomplish the purpose of altering that phenomenal change.
Energy constituting: capable of using ACES to do mass-energy conversions to constitute the hierarchical sequencing program of the energy state constituting the fundamental form of a phenomenon.
