Regulating Genes to Form New Functions


		The double helix in human genes is formed based on the laws of thermodynamics, which are also the general principles that govern all physical and biochemical reactions, determining whether a specific reaction can take place or not. Thermodynamics distinguishes a system from its surroundings. The system refers to the defined region of space where the substance exists. And the rest of the space of the universe outside the region is called the surroundings. According to the First Law of Thermodynamics, the total energy of a system and its surroundings remains constant. In other words, enthalpy in the energy content of the universe is constant; energy can neither be created nor destroyed, but it can be changed from one form to another.

For example, heat is one form of energy; heat is a manifestation of the kinetic energy associated with the random motion of molecules. Alternatively, energy can be present as potential energy that will be released on the occurrence of some processes. For example, a ball held at the top of a tower has considerable potential energy; the heavier the ball body, the higher potential energy will be released. When the ball falls, the potential energy is released and converted to the kinetic energy of the ball's motion.


Within biochemical reactions, potential energy is related to the likelihood that atoms can react with one another. For instance, a mixture of gasoline and oxygen has a large potential energy because these molecules may react to form carbon dioxide and water and release potential energy that can be converted to heat. Any energy released in the formation of chemical bonds must follow the First Law of Thermodynamics, whether being used to break other bonds, released as heat, or stored in some other form. Another thermodynamic concept is that of entropy, a measure of the degree of randomness or disorder in a system. The Second Law of Thermodynamics states that the total entropy of a system plus that of its surroundings always tends to increase. For example, for the hydrophobic effect, the release of water molecules from the surface of nonpolar molecules is favorable. Because water molecules in solution are free and without restraint than they are associated with nonpolar surfaces, it is therefore easily released.		Genes in the nucleus

The Second Law appears to contradict common experience, particularly about biological systems. Many biological processes can clearly generate a well-defined structure to decrease the degree of randomness, such as a leaf structure is formed from carbon dioxide gas, water, and other nutrients, due to clearly increase the level of order and hence decrease degree of randomness. Degree of randomness may be decreased locally in the formation of such ordered structures only if degree of randomness of other parts of the universe is increased by an equal or greater amount. The local decrease in degree of randomness is often accomplished by a release of heat, which increases the degree of randomness of the environment.

The principles of thermodynamics govern the formation of the double helix in human genes. Each of the two single strands is mixed in the nucleus. Before the double helix forms, each of the single strands is free to move and rotate in the nucleus, whereas each matched pair of strands in the double helix must move together. The free single strand has more possible configurations when compared to a double helix where two strands are bound together. Thus, the formation of a double helix from two single strands appears to result in an increase in order for the system and forms ordered structures—body cells, tissues, organs, and systems.

The biochemical reactions inside the body of the New Human Line are completely activated by the Absolutely Constant Energy Source, and thus the formation of the genetic double helix does not follow the principles of thermodynamics. This energy source was discovered by Mr. Yuan Lin in 1989. Being the universal constant of all entities, it cannot be generated or annihilated, nor can it be increased or decreased. It does not have any form, cannot be changed but permeates everything and every place. It acts as the energy source to construct the most fundamental forms of evolution for all and everything, including each quadrant and dimension, the universe and all the things and phenomena in it. where ΔX is uncertain electron position, ΔP is uncertain electron dynamic power, ΔE is uncertain energy, Δt is uncertain time, ACES is the Absolutely Constant Energy Source, λ is wavelength, m is the mass of an electron, v is velocity, h/4π＝0.527×10-34 Joule-second, and h=6.626068×10-34 m2kg/s.

The Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES) can directly convert energy to mass or vice versa. This can be expressed by the equation below:

where ACES is the Absolutely Energy Source, k is constant, ± is positive or negative reaction, ΔS is difference mass, x is substance, and t is time.

Unlike other kinds of action forces or catalysts, the Absolutely Constant Energy Source will not be consumed or altered in the change of events as well as in the process of reactions. It does not have a unique specificity to catalyze specific reactions or induce specific conformations. The progressive process of constituent energy for all and every events and phenomena can take place only with the participation of this energy. It broadly affects the physical variations and chemical reactions. Therefore, it can be regarded as the common state function (©) of physical change (ΔP), chemical change (ΔC), molarity change (ΔM), and energy change (ΔE).

where ACES is the Absolutely Constant Energy Source, and ΔP is physical change, ΔC is chemical change, ΔM is molarity (mole) change, ΔE is energy change, ΔGxo is standard free energy change, t is time, and x is substance.

When the human body remains in the absolutely constant state, he/she will become accessible to the Absolutely Constant Energy Source, which will then enable him/her to break through the regulation of thermodynamic principles to widely activate all physical variations and chemical reactions, affecting the occurrence and the time of specific reactions. The four most prominent basic equations of thermodynamics under the influence of the Absolutely Constant Energy Source can be expressed as follows:

where ΔG is free energy change, ACES is the Absolutely Constant Energy Source, ΔH is enthalpy change, T is absolute temperature, ΔS is entropy change, ΔU is internal energy change, ΔPV is pressure volume change, Q is the heat transferred to the system, W is the work done on the surroundings, ΔSsystem is the enthalpy change of the system, and ΔSsurroundings is the enthalpy change of the surroundings.

Based on the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and new biological engineering techniques, the New Human Line can induce the formation of the genetic double helix in the body to form the ordered structures, leading the body to develop cells, tissues, organs, and systems with brand-new functions to become the New Human Line. This mechanism employs the Proprioceptive Bodhi Mechanism and the Absolutely Constant Energy Source plus the new biological engineering techniques to activate the process of the biochemical reactions inside and outside of the body. This is the main reason why the New Human Line is assigned as the Bodhi Domain of life（p<0.05）.
