Thermodynamics uses properties of a system to describe its state, including pressure, volume, temperature, and composition, specific heat, and surface tension, etc. The essential qualities of the state are formed by molecular translational energy, rotational energy, vibrational energy, the kinetic energy of an electron, the relativistic rest mass energy between the electron and the nucleus as well as the potential energy generated by intermolecular interactions. Therefore, the state is also called internal energy. It is the sum of the energy of internal mass particles in a system. The energy of each internal mass particle is associated with the system’s property, structure, motion state, and the mutual interactions between them.

All forms of energy in a system, including molecular kinetic energy, potential energy associated with each type of physical action force, and chemical potential energy, will never be annihilated but can be converted.  Therefore, when the form of energy is converted, the internal energy of the system will change. Chain reactions will occur to translational energy, rotational energy, vibrational energy, the kinetic energy of an electron, the relativistic rest mass energy between the electron and the nucleus as well as the potential energy generated by intermolecular interactions. And this in turn will affect the properties of the system.

Because the absolute value of internal energy cannot be measured, the form of energy cannot be determined, either. It is only when the state of the system changes, that is, after the state of the system is decided, can the internal energy become a fixed value. This also explains why the sensory system of the human body cannot detect the variations in internal energy and the generation of a state. It can only detect and respond to the state after it is generated and determined.

By comparison, the New Human Line can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source to perform resonance and synchronous detection on the internal energy, i.e. each kind of energy form, of the targeted person, event, time, place, and object in each space and time. On the occurrence of resonance transition between energy states, the basic messages and information about the mass and energy of these phenomena can be directly copied. This allows the New Human Line to constitute the kinetic energy required for the change of events and phenomena to accomplish the purpose of affecting the developing progression of these phenomena.

The following experiment is carried out by Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, who employed the copying function to activate chloride ions. The chloride ion is the major anion in extracellular fluid. It is acidic and combines with the sodium ion or the potassium ion to jointly regulate and maintain water volume in the body and acid-base equilibrium in the blood. The chloride ion is a major constituent of digestive juices in the human body. It can form gastric acid (HCl) to help digestion of proteins and eliminate harmful bacteria in food. An excess of chloride ions in the body will enhance expulsion of CO2 out of the lungs and affect CO2  elimination. Moreover, it will make angiotensin I convert to angiotensin II to produce vessel contraction and then cause high blood pressure.

The purpose of this experiment is to show that Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, applied the copying function to duplicate the energy state to activate the chloride ion and change its concentration without any change in its molecular weight, structural formula and conformation, at 25℃, 1.0 atm and pH 7.0, in a confined and isolated space, and with no contact with catalysts, biologically active substances, chemical substances, and physical action forces, so as to affect the efficacy of the chloride ion in the functioning of  the human body (p = 0.047).
