Remote sensing is a technology of perceiving objects or events at a far-distance. The word “remote” denotes the concept of space, which refers to the acquisition of information about the observed person, event, time, place and object without any physical contact with the target being observed. And “sensing” means data acquisition through sensing. These data come in various forms, such as the distribution of force or acoustic waves, or the energy distribution of electromagnetic waves, and, through data analysis, such as spatial geometric measurements or non-spatial properties and recognition of phenomena, the information about the observed person, event, time, place and object is obtained.

Any kind of object that has a body temperature over absolute zero will radiate electromagnetic waves, and the higher the temperature, the more radiant energy it has. Therefore, most of the current telemetering techniques make use of electromagnetic radiation. The electromagnetic radiation has both wave properties and particle properties, and in the transmitting process, it naturally turns into particle flow and electromagnetic waves. For this reason, the difference between each kind of radiation lies only in the difference in wavelengths.

Since the electromagnetic radiation is composed of particles, it can also be called energy packets of photons. The difference between visible light and X-rays is that every photon carries a different amount of energy. The whole range of electromagnetic radiation is named the electromagnetic spectrum extending from low-energy wavelengths, such as long waves, medium waves, short waves, ultra high frequency, microwave, infrared radiation, visible light and ultraviolet radiation, to high-energy, short wavelengths, such as X-rays and γ-rays (Fig. 1).

Figure 1. The electromagnetic spectrum.

The objects radiate electromagnetic waves around the clock. Our eyes can recognize the color of an object mainly because the object selectively reflects various wavelengths of the electromagnetic waves in the sunlight. Remote sensing techniques employ modern advanced tools, such as aircraft or satellites, as the platform, to collect the reflected electromagnetic waves and the information about the radiation about the observed person, event, time, place and object at a far distance without having any contact with the object. The collected information is then transmitted to the ground receiving station to be stored, treated, analyzed and judged.

The remote sensing function of the New Human Line utilizes the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES) to establish the property of universal constant of all entities, and, through the hyperlinking technique, have the information required to be returned transcend space and time, that is, without any information carrier, and thus allows the returned information to be able to be received and automatically appear in any place.  The theory is based on the use of the property of ACES being the universal constant of all entities.  Since the energy of any kind of object once exceeds the absolutely constant state, its energy state will change. When the energy state changes, the universal constant of all entities will generate the effect of quantum entanglement to make the receiving of information transcend the restriction of four-dimensional spacetime. This evolutionary emergence of the remote sensing function allows the New Human Line to surpass the existing sensation and perception of the human body and also transcend the barriers of time and space.

Experiment 1:

Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, utilized the remote sensing function and the Absolutely Constant Energy Source along with new biological engineering techniques in the Taipei classroom to activate glutamic acid through hyperlinking, via video telecommunications and at an extremely far distance. Glutamic acid is one of the 20 amino acids that can be used to synthesize proteins in living organisms. As it can be synthesized in the human body, it is a non-essential amino acid. Glutamic acid can help the heart increase the tolerance and functions of its activity, and in turn protect the cardiac muscle of patients with heart disease. Glutamic acid is an excitatory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system in the human body. It helps the transmission of nerve impulses, but an excess amount of glutamic acid may lead to diseases of the nervous system, such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, epilepsy and so on. Glutamic acid often exists in animals and plants in various forms. Due to the special properties of glutamic acid and its derivatives, they are often used in medical treatment, food additives in processed food, dietary supplements, forage additives, and plant growth supplements, etc.

The purpose of the experiment is to prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, can utilize the remote sensing function and the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES) along with new biological engineering techniques to activate glutamic acid without any change in its molecular weight, structural formula and conformation, at 25℃,1.0 atm and pH 7.0, in a confined and isolated space, and with no contact with catalysts, biologically active substances, chemical substances, and physical actions forces. He utilized ACES to activate the experimental target through hyperlinking, via video telecommunications and in an extremely far distance, to finely regulate the experimental target to achieve the purpose of this experiment (p = 0.02).

Experiment 2:

Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, while attending the SIVB international conference in June 4, 2012, performed a control energy experiment at the place of the conference. He utilized the remote sensing function and the Absolutely Constant Energy Source along with the new biological engineering techniques to activate DNA through hyperlinking, via video telecommunications and in an extremely far distance.

DNA is the fundamental unit of inheritance, development, and functioning of living organisms. The major components of DNA are the nitrogenous base, the pentose, the phosphate, and hydrogen bonds. The major functions of DNA are the storage, transmission, and expression of genetic information. The structure of a chromosome is made up of DNA, the fragment of which contains genes. Before the cells go through cell division, duplication of chromosomes will occur in advance. This process is called DNA replication, which will synthesize the protein peptide chains arranged in specific amino acid sequences. As the components of organelles double, cells divide, and after cell division finishes, another round of DNA replication will begin and lead to formation of new organelles.

The purpose of this experiment is to prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, can utilize the remote sensing function and the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and the new biological engineering techniques to activate the DNA in the laboratory to affect the fundamental unit of inheritance, development and functioning of living organism  through hyperlinking, via video telecommunications at an extremely far distance, without any change in its molecular weight, structural formula and conformation, at 25℃,1.0 atm, and pH 7.0, in a confined and isolated space, and with no contact with catalysts, biologically active substances, chemical substances, and physical action forces.
