The ribonuclease A (RNase A) is an endoribonuclease which is used for detailed research and broad application. It is purified from bovine pancreas and is comprised of a single polypeptide chain that contains 124 amino acid residues and 4 disulfide bridges. It contains 19 natural amino acids except tryptophan. RNase A is one kind of enzyme that hydrolyzes RNA instead of DNA. It easily dissolves in water and the water solution remains quite stable under 25℃ with the maximum range of stability extending from pH 2 to pH 4.5. In the optimum pH range of 7.0 to 7.5, it is extremely stable in diluted acid, heat, and protein hydrolase, but it is unstable in a base. Most ribonucleases require divalent cations as cofactors, such as Ca++ and Mg++. The ribonuclease A is an endoribonuclease which is used as the tool for nucleic acid research. It works by specifically catalyzing the cleavage of the ribose portion of RNA at the C and U residues to break the 3’, 5’- phosphodiester bond. The end products of the reaction are pyrimidine 3’-phosphate and oligonucleotides with terminal pyrimidine 3’-phosphates, such as pG-pG-pC-pA-pG which is cleaved to form pG-pG-pCp and A-pG. The ribonuclease A is more stable than normal proteins. In 1960, White F. and Anfensin C. used ribonuclease A as the research material to study the mechanism of denaturation and renaturation. They proposed an idea that “the primary structure of protein can decide the tertiary structure of protein”, which also means that the primary sequence of protein can decide the most stable tertiary structure and affects its activity. Thus we can see that the protein with different amino acid sequences also have different tertiary structures. Ribonuclease 1 is another name for ribonuclease A. Bovine pancreatic ribonuclease/ RNA enzyme/ RNase A (from bovine pancreas)/ RNASE/ RNase A all refer to the same chemical compound, and its side effects to the body may lead to 1. skin allergies, 2. eye irritation, 3. irritation of the respiratory organs, and 4. drowsiness or dizziness. Ribonuclease A has the following functions: 1. to decompose RNA to small molecules of nucleic acid enzymes; 2. to catalyze RNA degradation; 3. to change the metabolism of the host cells; 4. to inhibit the synthesis of virus; 5. to hydrolyze RNA from protein samples; 6. to inhibit HIV replication in cells; 7. to determine nucleic acid structure; 8. to cleave a single base mispairing in DNA-RNA or RNA-RNA duplexes; 9. to locate the single base mutation in DNA or RNA; 10. to purify DNA samples. In 1989, Mr. Yuan Lin discovered the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES). He can utilize ACES to activate the genome responsible for inheritance, development and performance of body functions in the human body to control specific amino acid sequences and protein peptide chain formation processes, directing cell division, replication and new organelle formation. The purpose of this experiment was to prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the first successfully-evolved New Human Line, can utilize the Absolute Constant Energy Source and the new biological engineering techniques to active ribonuclease A and change its concentration without any change in its molecular weight, structural formula, and conformation, at 25℃, 1.0 atm, and pH 7.0, in a confined and isolated space, and with no contact with catalysts, biologically active substances, chemical substances, and physical actions forces, and also, by means of changes in the concentration, to control the biochemical reactions induced by ribonuclease A in the human body so as to precisely control and regulate the human body to activate higher-level evolution. Comparison of the absorbance between two treatments at 206 nm From the above experimental results, we can see that there is significant difference(p=0.04)in the concentration between the control samples and the samples treated with ACES by Mr. Yuan Lin. It proved that Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and the new biological engineering techniques to activate ribonuclease A and change its concentration, and also, by means of changes in the concentration, to control the biochemical reactions induced by ribonuclease A in the human body so as to precisely control and regulate human body to activate higher-level evolution.
