α-Ketoglutaric acid, also called 2-Oxopentanedioic acid, is one of the two ketone derivatives of glutaric acid. It is a key intermediate in the Krebs cycle. Its anion, α-ketoglutarate, is an important biological compound. It is the keto acid produced by deamination of glutamate (“alpha-Ketoglutaric acid”, 2016). α- Ketoglutaric acid works with the catalysis of isocitrate dehydrogenase, which can have isocitrate go through oxidative decarboxylation, and then generate succinyl-Coenzyme A through the oxidation catalyzed by α-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase. Besides, α-Ketoglutaric acid can form amino acids. α-Ketoglutarate is transaminated, along with glutamine, to form the excitatory neurotransmitter glutamate. Glutamate can then be decarboxylated into the inhibitory neurotransmitter GABA. α-Ketoglutaric acid is one of the most important nitrogen transporters in metabolic pathways. It can combine with nitrogen released in the cell, therefore preventing nitrogen overload (“alpha-Ketoglutaric acid”, 2016).

By means of manipulating the biochemical reactions induced by α-Ketoglutaric acid through the changes in its concentration, he can achieve the goal of precisely controlling and regulating the human body to activate higher-level evolution. It proved that Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, can utilize ACES and the new biological engineering techniques to activate α-Ketoglutaric acid and change its concentration. And by means of manipulating the biochemical reactions induced by α-Ketoglutaric acid through the changes in its concentration, he can achieve the goal of precisely controlling and regulating the human body to activate higher-level evolution.
