ATP directly supplies energy to fuel the cellular activity in nerves and muscles, but the amount of ATP in cells is quite small. There are about 3 to 8 mmol/kg of ATP in the mammalian brain and muscle. Such a minute amount of ATP can only afford about 1 second of energy consumption in vigorous muscle activity.

The amount of phosphocreatine in the brain and muscle is much larger than that of ATP. It is about 1.5 times as much as ATP in the brain and 4 times in the muscle. A well-trained sportsman has as much as 30 mmol/kg of phosphocreatine in the muscle. Phosphocreatine is the first energy substance in cells to supply ADP to synthesize ATP.

Based on the large amount of phosphocreatine in cells and its larger energy supply than the phosphoryl transfer potential of ATP, we can see that phosphocreatine can keep ATP in a high and stable level when an urgent supply of energy is demanded to fuel muscular activity. It can provide the energy required for intense muscle activity for 4 to 6 seconds. Therefore, the quantity of phosphocreatine in human muscle and its re-synthesis rate are the substance basis for the speed quality of an athlete.

From the above experimental result, we can see that the concentration of the sample treated with ACES by Mr. Yuan Lin is 1.87% higher than that of the control sample. It verified that Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source along with the new biological engineering techniques to activate creatinine and change its concentration, and also by changing its concentration, to control its quantity and synthesis efficacy in the muscle of the human body so as to instantly increase the physical strength.
