Aricept is a medicine used to treat mild to moderate dementia caused by Alzheimer’s disease. It improves the function of nerve cells in the brain. It works by preventing the breakdown of a chemical called acetylcholine and thus can be regarded as an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. People with dementia usually have lower levels of this chemical, which is important for the processes of memory, thinking, and reasoning. Alzheimer’s disease is a chronic neurodegenerative disease that slowly invades the brain and cause progressive death of the cranial nerve cells due to the occurrence of abnormal protein precipitation in the brain. Aricept is metabolized by hepatic cytochrome P450 enzymes. Different from the metabolism of the other two acetylcholinesterase inhibitors, it has a half-life of 70 to 80 hours and therefore exerts different therapeutic effects on patients. Aricept is the first officially-approved medicine on the market and has minor side effects than the others. Patients who take Aricept develop a higher tolerance to this drug. Symptoms of mild side effects include dizziness, stomach pain or bleeding, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, insomnia, and muscle cramps, etc. The severe side effects are psychosis or depression, bradycardia or arrhythmias, blurred vision, frequent or difficult urination, allergic reactions, troubled breathing, and swelling of the face, etc. In 1989, Mr. Yuan Lin discovered the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES). He can utilize ACES to activate the genome responsible for inheritance, development and performance of body functions in the human body to control specific amino acid sequences and protein peptide chain formation processes, directing cell division, replication and new organelle formation. ACES was also applied to induce changes in the irreversible process of spontaneous biochemical reactions of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, amino acids, enzymes, nucleic acids, vitamins, hormones, and trace elements. The purpose of this experiment is to prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the first successfully-evolved New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES) to activate Aricept and change its concentration without any change in its molecular weight, structural formula, and conformation, at 25℃, 1.0 atm, and pH 7.0, in a confined and isolated space, and with no contact with catalysts, biologically active substances, chemical substances, and physical action forces, and also, by means of changes in the concentration, to control the biochemical reactions induced by Aricept so as to maximize its efficacy in the human body at the lowest dose, reduce or totally eliminate the side effects, and avoid adverse medical reactions. Comparison of the absorbance between two treatments at 206 nm From the above experimental results, we can see that there is significant difference (p=0.05) in the concentration between the control samples and the samples treated with ACES by Mr. Yuan Lin. It proved that Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and the new biological engineering techniques to activate Aricept and change its concentration, and also, by means of changes in the concentration, to control the biochemical reactions induced by Aricept so as to maximize its efficacy in the human body at the lowest dose, reduce or totally eliminate the side effects, and avoid adverse medical reactions.
