The major component of Smilon is mirtazapine. Mirtazapine is classified as a tetracyclic antidepressant and is primarily used for the treatment of depression and all kinds of mental disorders. The messages between the cranial nerves are transmitted by chemical substances called neurotransmitters. The depression or dismay caused by pathological changes in the body results from the loss of balance among the neurotransmitters in the cranial nerves. Mirtazapine can enhance the release of noradrenaline and serotonin. Due to the increase in the concentration of these two neurotransmitters in the cranial nerve cells, the transmission of potential signals can become faster and more efficient and the neurotransmitters can also reach a balance in the brain, and finally antidepressive effects can be exerted to relieve depressive emotions, which allows the patient to gradually recover confidence and brightness. Clinical trials show that mirtazapine can not only fight off depression and anxiety but also decrease adverse reactions caused by serotonin such as nausea and palpitation. On the other hand, the sedative effects generated from the high affinity of mirtazapine to histamine H1 receptors will be partially antagonized due to the elevated secretion of noradrenaline. The common side effects include drowsiness, dry mouth, increased appetite, constipation, weight gain, edema, cramps, dizziness, fever, headache, sore throat, and stomatitis, etc.
In 1989, Mr. Yuan Lin discovered the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES). The purpose of this experiment is to prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the first successfully-evolved New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and the new biological engineering techniques to activate Smilon and change its concentration without any changes in its molecular weight, structural formula, and conformation, at 25℃, 1.0 atm, pH 7.0, in a confined and isolated space, and with no contact with catalysts, biologically active substances, chemical substances, and physical action forces, and also, by means of changes in the concentration, to control the biochemical reactions induced by Smilon so as to maximize its efficacy in the human body at the lowest dose, reduce or totally eliminate the side effects, and avoid adverse medical reactions. Comparison of the absorbance between two treatments at 200 nm From the above experimental results, we can see that there is significant difference (p=0.049) in the concentration between the control samples and the samples treated with ACES by Mr. Yuan Lin. It proved that Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and the new biological engineering techniques to activate Smilon and change its concentration, and also, by means of changes in the concentration, to control the biochemical reactions induced by Smilon so as to maximize its efficacy in the human body at the lowest dose, reduce or totally eliminate the side effects, and avoid adverse medical reactions.
