Glibudon (Metformin) is an oral antidiabetic medicine which belongs to a group of drugs called biguanides. It can improve the glucose tolerance of patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes or type 2 diabetes, and lower the basal metabolic rate and the postprandial glucose level. This medicine works by delaying the absorption of glucose by the gastrointestinal tract to increase the insulin sensitivity of the body tissue so as to enhance peripheral glucose uptake and suppress the increase of glucose production by the liver and the kidneys.

Glibudon (Metformin) is excreted by the kidneys; therefore, all the diabetic patients should have regular kidney function testing and also avoid excessive alcohol consumption as alcohol will increase the risk of lactic acidosis while taking this medicine. Glibudon (Metformin) is generally well tolerated and the most commonly reported side effects include mild temporary symptoms of abdominal or stomach discomfort, and the rare cases may include lactic acidosis, skin rash, and dermatitis, etc.

In 1989, Mr. Yuan Lin discovered the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES). He can utilize ACES to activate the genome responsible for inheritance, development and performance of body functions in the human body to control specific amino acid sequences and protein peptide chain formation processes, directing cell division, replication and new organelle formation. ACES was also applied to induce changes in the irreversible process of spontaneous biochemical reactions of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, amino acids, enzymes, nucleic acids, vitamins, hormones, and trace elements. The purpose of this experiment is to prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the first successfully-evolved New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES) to activate Glibudon (Metformin) and change its concentration without any change in its molecular weight, structural formula, and conformation, at 25℃, 1.0 atm, and pH 7.0, in a confined and isolated space, and with no contact with catalysts, biologically active substances, chemical substances, and physical action forces, and also, by means of changes in the concentration, to control the biochemical reactions induced by Glibudon (Metformin) so as to maximize its efficacy in the human body at the lowest dose, reduce or totally eliminate the side effects, and avoid adverse medical reactions.

From the above experimental results, we can see that there is significant difference (p=0.010) in the concentration between the control samples and the samples treated with ACES by Mr. Yuan Lin. It proved that Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and the new biological engineering techniques to activate Glibudon (Metformin) and change its concentration, and also, by means of changes in the concentration, to control the biochemical reactions induced by Glibudon (Metformin) so as to maximize its efficacy in the human body at the lowest dose, reduce or totally eliminate the side effects, and avoid adverse medical reactions.
