Ampicillin is in the penicillin group of beta-lactam antibiotics. It primarily works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis to suppress reproduction of bacteria, and then directly kill the bacteria. Therefore, it has been used to treat infections caused by a number of bacteria, such as  Staphylococcus aureus, hemolytic Streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Neisseria meningitides, and Corynebacterium  diphtheria, Bordetella pertussis, Haemophilusinfluenzae, Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Shigella, etc. These bacterial infections include respiratory tract infections, gastrointestinal and digestive tract infections, urinary tract infections, soft tissue infections and meningitis, sepsis, endocarditis, and cutaneous inflections, etc. However, this antibiotic is not useful for the treatment of infections caused by viruses, molds or fungi. The side effects of ampicillin are similar to those caused by penicillin and the commonly reported symptoms are allergic reactions.

Ampicillin decomposes faster in acidic solution. And the higher concentration it has, the less stability it displays. The stability can be reduced due to the existence of glucose, fructose, and lactose, and an increase in the temperature. The common side effects in the human body include diarrhea, gastrointestinal discomfort, heartburn, nausea, vomiting, and dizziness. The more serious side effects may include cutaneous edema, erythema, itching, hypotension, difficulty breathing, sore throat, fever, abdominal cramps and pain, and severe diarrhea, etc.

In 1989, Mr. Yuan Lin discovered the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES). The purpose of this experiment is to prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the first successfully-evolved New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES) and the new biological engineering techniques to activate ampicillin and change its concentration without any change in its molecular weight, structural formula, and conformation, at 25℃, 1.0 atm, and pH 7.0, in a confined and isolated space, and with no contact with catalysts, biologically active substances, chemical substances, and physical action forces, and also, by means of changes in the concentration, to control the biochemical reactions induced by ampicillin so as to maximize its efficacy in the human body at the lowest dose, reduce or totally eliminate the side effects, and avoid adverse medical reactions.

From the above experimental results, we can see that there is significant difference (p=0.008) in the concentration between the control samples and the samples treated with ACES by Mr. Yuan Lin. It proved that Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and the new biological engineering techniques to activate ampicillin and change its concentration, and also, by means of changes in the concentration, to control the biochemical reactions induced by ampicillin so as to maximize its efficacy in the human body at the lowest dose, reduce or totally eliminate the side effects, and avoid adverse medical reactions.
