Famotidine is a histamine H2 receptor antagonist that inhibits stomach acid production. Therefore, it is commonly used in the treatment of peptic ulcer disease (PUD) and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). The ulcer of the stomach or gastroesophagus usually results from the excess production of gastric acid, which irritates the stomach or gastroesophagus and causes pain, or even an ulcer.

Histamine is a chemical substance generated naturally in the body. It can stimulate gastric parietal cells and enhance the secretion of stomach acid and pepsin. The pharmacological action of famotidine is to block the action of histamine at the gastric parietal cells so as to suppress the secretion of stomach acid and then reduce its irritation to the stomach and duodenum. This medicine also assists the healing of the ulcer and decreases the sensation of stomachaches, allowing a gradual recovery from the gastric ulcer.

Famotidine is usually used to treat the symptoms of dyspepsia and heartburn which are caused by food. Heartburn comes from gastric acid reflux into the esophagus, which irritates the esophageal wall and leads to a burning sensation and pain in the central chest or upper central abdomen. The symptoms of heartburn and the initial symptoms of a heart attack can be very similar, but the consequence can be quite lethal. The commonly reported side effects include headache, dizziness, diarrhea, constipation, anorexia, anxiety, joint pain, abdominal discomfort, dry skin, fatigue, insomnia, nausea, paresthesia, somnolence, dysgeusia, tinnitus, vomiting, and dry mouth, etc. The severe side effects include sudden fast heartbeat, hallucination, redness of the skin, difficulty breathing, hair loss, swelling, itching, and delirium, etc.

In 1989, Mr. Yuan Lin discovered the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES). The purpose of this experiment is to prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the first successfully-evolved New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES) and the new biological engineering techniques to activate famotidine and change its concentration without any change in its molecular weight, structural formula, and conformation, at 25℃, 1.0 atm, and pH 7.0, in a confined and isolated space, and with no contact with catalysts, biologically active substances, chemical substances, and physical action forces, and also, by means of changes in the concentration, to control the biochemical reactions induced by famotidine so as to maximize its efficacy in the human body at the lowest dose, reduce or totally eliminate the side effects, and avoid adverse medical reactions.

From the above experimental results, we can see that there is significant difference (p=0.05) in the concentration between the control samples and the samples treated with ACES by Mr. Yuan Lin. It proved that Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and the new biological engineering techniques to activate famotidine and change its concentration, and also, by means of changes in the concentration, to control the biochemical reactions induced by famotidine so as to maximize its efficacy in the human body at the lowest dose, reduce or totally eliminate the side effects, and avoid adverse medical reactions.
