Viagra is used to treat erectile dysfunction; it is also the first orally administered drug targeting at the intracellular signal transduction of the corpus cavernosum penis. This medicine can significantly improve erectile dysfunction. The component of Viagra is sidenafil citrate, a selective inhibitor of cGMP-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5).

The physiologic mechanism of the erection of the penis involves release of nitric oxide (NO) in the corpus cavernosum during sexual stimulation. With sexual stimulation, NO is released to work on the corpus cavernosum penis, induce smooth muscle relaxation in the corpus cavernosum, and lead to vasodilation and increased inflow of blood into the spongy tissue of the penis, causing an erection. NO has to work through cGMP signaling and in cooperation with Ca2+ and K+ channels in the cells to exert its effects, but cGMP is easily degraded by cGMP-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). Viagra can inhibit the degradation of cGMP by PDE5 to extend the time cGMP exists in the corpus cavernosum so as to enhance smooth muscle relaxation and inflow of blood to the corpus caverosum and cause an ejection.

In 1989, Mr. Yuan Lin discovered the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES). The purpose of this experiment is to prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the first successfully-evolved New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES) and the new biological engineering techniques to activate Viagra and change its concentration without any change in its molecular weight, structural formula, and conformation, at 25℃, 1.0 atm, and pH 7.0, in a confined and isolated space, and with no contact with catalysts, biologically active substances, chemical substances, and physical action forces, and also, by means of changes in the concentration, to control the biochemical reactions induced by Viagra so as to maximize its efficacy in the human body at the lowest dose, reduce or totally eliminate the side effects, and avoid adverse medical reactions.

From the above experimental results, we can see that there is significant difference (p= 0.05) in the concentration between the control samples and the samples treated with ACES by Mr. Yuan Lin. It proved that Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and the new biological engineering techniques to activate Viagra and change its concentration, and also, by means of changes in the concentration, to control the biochemical reactions induced by Viagra so as to maximize its efficacy in the human body at the lowest dose, reduce or totally eliminate the side effects, and avoid adverse medical reactions.
