Dermatophytosis, also known as athlete’s foot and tinea pedis, is a fungal infection of the feet caused by dermatophytes. Dermatophytes are a common label for a group of three types of fungi: Trichophyton, Epidermophyton, and Microsporum. Dermatophytosis has many different varieties, and even has different symptoms. Fungi love hot, moist environments, so the weather in Taiwan in the summer is very suitable for dermatophytes to propagate.

Athlete’s foot causes the skin to become red, itchy, scaly and blistered. Fluid will also ooze out of the wound when erosions of the skin occur. The infected skin will become thickened and the nails will change color and become deformed. More serious conditions will cause a complication of bacterial infection, leading to cellulitis and erysipelas which causes redness, swelling, pain and disability to walk. Athlete’s foot most often occurs between the toes, but may also affect other parts of the body such as the sole of the foot. Usually the skin flakes which contain the fungi and this is the major rout of fungus transmission. The best prevention is to keep the feet thoroughly dry and take steroid or antifungal medicine, but the toxicity and side effects of these medicines to the liver and kidneys must be considered.

In 1989, Mr. Yuan Lin discovered the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES). The purpose of this experiment is to prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the first successfully-evolved New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and the new biological engineering techniques to activate Trichophyton, and inhibit its growth and propagation without any change in its molecular weight, structural formula, and conformation, at 25℃, 1.0 atm, and pH 7.0, in a confined and  isolated space, and with no contact with catalysts, biologically active substances, chemical substances, and physical action forces, so as to prevent the body from being infected and attacked by Trichophyton.

From the above experimental results, we can see that there is significant difference （p＝0.00）between the control samples and the samples treated with ACES by Mr. Yuan Lin. It proved that Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and the new biological engineering techniques to activate Trichophyton and inhibit its growth and propagation to prevent the body from the infection and attack of Trichophyton.
