Inhibition of Bacterial Wilt |

Ralstonia solanacearum is a soil-borne pathogenic bacterium. This organism can survive in the soil for 2 to 3 years. It can be transmitted through the soil (carried under the shoes or feet), machinery (such as farming tools), crop propagules, wind and rain, irrigation water, contact of the roots with the roots of host plants. The wounds are the major gate for Ralstonia solanacearum to attack and infect crop plants. Ralstonia solanacearum can invade the plants through natural openings and wounds appearing at any part of the plant and spread into vascular bundles. Brown rot caused by Ralstonia solanacearum is called the bacterial wilt. Due to the high temperature and humidity in Taiwan, this bacterial wilt becomes a major limiting factor for the growth of the Solanaceae in summer season. Bacterial wilt occurs when the temperature is between 16℃ to 36℃. And the infection will become worse at 33℃ to 37℃ and pH 6.6. The symptoms of bacterial wilt go as follows: when the pathogenic bacteria in the soil enter the plant via a wound in the roots, it would be hard for the plant to keep its green color. Rapid wilting would occur and lead to the death of the plant. If the disease develops less rapidly, at the early stage, the petiole of lower leaves would appear drooping and the lower leaves would gradually wilt. Meanwhile, adventitious roots would form on the lower stem. A brownish discoloration would be present in the vascular bundles and milky, viscous ooze of bacteria would exude from cut stems. It can be seen that the bacterial wilt causes the wilting and death of the plant by blocking the transport of water in vascular bundles with the bacteria themselves and their secretory substances. Disease management includes : 1. cultivating resistant species; 2. using soil additives, such as 0.8% shrimp shell powder or 0.075% urea; 3. using healthy seedlings; 4. applying biological control methods, such as using Pseudomonas fluorescence to prevent tomato bacterial wilt; 5. Implementing crop rotation; 6. other farming methods, such as changing planting seasons or sterilizing tools. In 1989, Mr. Yuan Lin discovered the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES). He can utilize ACES to activate the genome responsible for inheritance, development and performance of body functions in the human body to control specific amino acid sequences and protein peptide chain formation processes, directing cell division, replication and new organelle formation. ACES was also applied to induce changes in the irreversible process of spontaneous biochemical reactions of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, amino acids, enzymes, nucleic acids, vitamins, hormones, and trace elements. Mr. Yuan Lin thus had his body experience an unprecedented leap forward in human evolution, which has thoroughly changed the human biological form, structure, and habits inherited over billions of years, to become the first successfully-evolved New Human Line. The purpose of this experiment is to prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the first successfully-evolved New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and the new biological engineering techniques to activate Ralstonia solanacearum and change its biological clock so as to control and regulate its activity without any change in its molecular weight, structural formula, and conformation, at 25℃, 1.0 atm, and pH 7.0, in a confined and isolated space, and with no contact with catalysts, biologically active substances, chemical substances, and physical action forces. The bacteria of Ralstonia solanacearum were cultured in agar. Three treatment samples were activated by Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, for 3 minutes and then checked and measured for the diameter of growth every day, as a comparison to the other three control samples. Following eleven days after the activation, the rate of growth and propagation of the third treatment sample was slower than that of the first and second treatment samples. (Table 1.).

From the above experimental results, we can see that there is significant difference (p = 0.033) between the control samples and the samples treated with ACES by Mr. Yuan Lin. It verified that Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and the new biological engineering techniques to activate Ralstonia solanacearum and modify its biological clock (ACES-3) to affect the growth and propagation of this bacterial pathogen.
