Inhibition of Bacterial Spot |

The full name for the pathogen of bacterial spot is Xanthomonas euvesicatoria, which causes bacterial leaf spot on peppers and tomatoes cultivated in warm and moist seasons. Bacterial spot is one of the most devastating diseases. The pathogen can infect the leaves, petioles, stems, pedicels, and fruits. Symptoms will first appear on the leaves as small black to dark brown water-soaked spots which are very small and usually less than 3mm. The tissue around the spot will become yellowish. When the infection expands to the veins of the leaf, irregular spots will appear on the leaf, and develop into necrotic areas and also generate dark green water-soaked spots in the late stage of infection. Spots will appear on the stems in a grey to black color and in a round to narrow shape. Once infected by the bacteria, the immature fruit will generate small green to blackish water-soaked spots which will turn into scabs and bumps. The optimum temperature for the development of bacterial spot is between 24℃ to 30℃. As the infection of the bacteria requires high humidity, a warm and humid season is the most favorable to the outspread of the disease. The pathogen of bacterial soft usually survives in plant residues and intermediate hosts or weeds. During the seedbed stage, watering will facilitate the invasion of the bacteria through natural openings or wounds into the plant and thus expand the spread of the disease. In the infected field, the bacteria will spread to plants by irrigation or splashing rain. They also deposit on the seed surface to infect seedlings. Disease management for bacterial spot includes: 1. cultivating resistant species; 2. sterilizing seeds by soaking them in 1.3% sodium hypochlorite for I minute, or at 56℃ for 30 minutes; 3. using bactericide chemicals, such as 61.4% copper hydroxide WG or 81.3% kasugamycin + copper oxychloride acid WP; 4. Implementing crop/plant rotation.
In 1989, Mr. Yuan Lin discovered the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES). He can utilize ACES to activate the genome responsible for inheritance, development and performance of body functions in the human body to control specific amino acid sequences and protein peptide chain formation processes, directing cell division, replication and new organelle formation. ACES was also applied to induce changes in the irreversible process of spontaneous biochemical reactions of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, amino acids, enzymes, nucleic acids, vitamins, hormones, and trace elements. Mr. Yuan Lin thus had his body experience an unprecedented leap forward in human evolution, which has thoroughly changed the human biological form, structure, and habits inherited over billions of years, to become the first successfully-evolved New Human Line. The purpose of this experiment is to prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the first successfully-evolved New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source to activate Xanthomonas euvesicatoria and inhibit its growth and reproduction without any changes in its molecular weight, structural formula, and conformation, at 25℃, 1.0 atm, and pH 7.0, in a confined and isolated space, and with no contact with catalysts, biologically active substances, chemical substances, and physical action forces, so as to prevent plants from being infected and attacked by Xanthomonas euvesicatoria. Xanthomonas euvesicatoria had been cultured in agar. The treatment sample was activated by Mr. Yuan Lin for 3 minutes and was then checked and measured for the diameter of growth every day as a comparison to the control sample. Following four days after the activation, the rate of growth and propagation of the treated sample appeared slower than that of the control sample (the diameter of growth of the treated bacteria was 1.1 cm, and that of the control sample was 1.4 cm). Eleven days later, the treated bacteria grew 2.2 cm in diameter and the control sample grew 2.6 cm in diameter.
From the above experimental results, we can see that there is significant difference between the control sample and the sample treated with ACES by Mr. Yuan Lin. It proved that Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and the new biological engineering techniques to activate Xanthomonas euvesicatoria and inhibit its growth and propagation so as to prevent the plants from being infected and attacked by Xanthomonas euvesicatoria.
