The organism utilizes the mitochondria to obtain the energy source required for survival to synthesize cellular substances, contract muscles, transmit neural signals, and carry out many other kinds of physiological reactions. However, while providing the energy source for survival, the mitochondria simultaneously produces free radicals, the metabolic byproducts in oxidation and reduction, which will initiate a chain reaction of aging, disorder and disease, and death in the human body.

1. Superoxide, the earliest-formed and the most abundant free radical found in the human body, which will induce the cells to generate other kinds of free radicals.
2. Hydrogen peroxide, produced by oxidation and reduction reactions.
3. Hydroxyl radical, metabolized from hydrogen peroxide or induced by various forms of radiation, which will attack not only the cell membrane to cause cell death but also the dietary unsaturated fatty acids to induce lipid peroxidation and further deterioration. It is ranked as the most destructive free radical.
4. Singlet oxygen, more active than oxygen and thus more likely to destroy the cells.
5. Lipid peroxides, derived after the lipid is destroyed by the free radical, which are found toxic to the cells.

The dreadful part of the free radicals is that, when the human body is unable to control their activity, the chain reaction induced by the free radicals would propagate like the nuclear reaction, the mighty power released by which can destroy the cells and tissues of the human body and cause the organs and systems to suffer from rapid weakening, deterioration and death within a short time. Particularly the cancer, which is ranked as the No. 1 of the top ten leading causes of death in the recent years, is mainly caused by the free radicals.

In addition, aging and diseases of the human body also mostly arise from the chronic attack of the free radicals. If they attack the brain, for example, it will lead to headaches, disorders of consciousness, paralysis, metal retardation, and brain stem dysfunction, etc. If the heart is attacked by free radicals, it will lead to cardiomyopathy, cardiac hypertrophy, atrioventricular conduction abnormalities and arteriosclerosis, etc. And if the eyes are attacked, it will lead to blindness, ophthalmoplegia, optic atrophy, and retinopathy, etc.

When the free radicals attack the liver, it will cause liver dysfunction, cirrhosis, and liver cancer, etc. When they attack lung cells, it will lead to pulmonary emphysema, and adult tachypnea, etc. When they attack the kidney, it will cause kidney shrinkage and renal tubular dysfunction, etc. Other disorders include cortical abnormalities, paraplegia, psychomotor development retardation, myopathy, gastrointestinal discomfort, vomiting, diarrhea, intestinal pseudo-obstruction, diabetes, bone marrow dysfunction, deafness, short stature, peripheral neuropathy, and subcutaneous lipomas, etc.

The purpose of this experiment is to prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the first successfully-evolved New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and the new biological engineering techniques to activate the antioxidant and affect its concentration without any change in its molecular weight, structural formula, and conformation, at 25 ℃, 1.0 atm, and pH 7.0, in a confined and isolated space, and with no contact with catalysts, biologically active substances, chemical substances, and physical action forces, and also, by means of changes in the concentration, to control the oxidative reactions inside and outside the human body.

From the above experimental results, we can see that there is significant difference (p=0.015, p=0.020）in concentration between the control samples and the samples treated with ACES by Mr. Yuan Lin. It proved that Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and the new biological engineering techniques to activate the antioxidant and change its concentration, and also, by means of changes in the concentration, to control the oxidative reactions inside and outside the body so as to allow the human body to avoid diseases caused by oxidation.
