The cartilage of modern humans is a connective tissue and mainly composed of chondrocytes, extracellular matrix, such as types II, IV, VI collagen fibers, and proteoglycan. Collagen consists of three long chains of amino acids wound around each other. It is the main component of cartilage, tendons, and ligaments and has excellent ability to resist tension. Another component of cartilage is the glycosaminoglycan, a polysaccharide that can absorb water and resist compressive forces. Both chondroitin and hyaluronic acid belong to this type of compound.

The cartilage tissue of modern humans, whether degenerate or not, won’t synthesize collagen after the articular cartilage gets mature. And as it contains no blood vessels, the nutrients cannot be transported to the tissue through the bloodstream and the cartilage itself has a very low turnover of its extracellular matrix. Therefore, the cartilage cannot repair once it is injured, worn away, or degenerate because of aging.

All the biochemical reactions in the New Human Line are activated by the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES). The cartilage tissue, even after maturation, can still synthesize collagen, so the cartilage can be reconstructed and repaired by ACES whether it is damaged by injury, abrasion, or degenerates due to aging.

The purpose of the following experiment is to prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the first successfully-evolved New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES) and the new biological engineering techniques to activate glucosamine and chondroitin, change their concentration, and control their biochemical reactions by means of the change in the concentration to regenerate the cartilage tissue, without any change in their molecular weight, structural formula, and conformation, at 25℃, 1.0 atm, and pH 7.0, in a confined and isolated space, and with no contact with catalysts, biologically active substances, chemical substances, and physical action forces.

From the above experiment result, we can see a significant difference (p=0.027) in the concentration between the control group and the experiment samples treated with ACES by Mr. Yuan Lin. It proved that Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES) and the new biological engineering techniques to activate glucosamine and chondroitin, change their concentration, and control their biochemical reactions by means of the change in the concentration to regenerate the cartilage tissue.

This new physiological function of cartilage regeneration not only enables the New Human Line to synthesize and repair collagen at any age and in any time but also makes their limbs and joints grow evenly and appear plump and their bones and joints closely overlap with each other, allowing the New Human Line to become less susceptible to injuries, abrasion, or degeneration caused by aging.
