Introduction:

Yeasts are unicellular fungi, mainly growing in a moist or liquid environment, with some also surviving in living organisms. They can conduct either asexual reproduction by budding, or sexual reproduction through ascospores. Asexual reproduction proceeds in favorable environmental conditions where the bud grows and ultimately detaches itself from the mother cell after gradually growing to its mature size. While in adverse nutritional conditions, some yeasts capable of reproducing sexually will form spores which will germinate when conditions for growth are favorable.

People use yeasts to ferment bread or wine because of their vigorous metabolic action. Some yeasts can cause people physical trouble, such as by growing on the shower curtain in the bathroom or on the epidermal tissue of the human body.

The purpose of this experiment is to prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the first successfully-evolved New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES) and the new biological engineering techniques to inhibit the growth of yeast mycelium and the development of the spores so as to prolong the life of yeasts without any change in their molecular weight, structural formula, and conformation, at 25°C, 1.0 atm, pH 7.0, and in a confined and isolated space, and with no contact with catalysts, biologically active substances, chemical substances, and physical action forces.

Results and Discussion:

From the results of the experiment, we can see that the ACES-treated sample exhibits a smaller diameter of mycelium growth than the control sample.

The growth curves of both the experimental sample and the control sample almost parallel proportionally with each other mainly because of the precise regulation of ACES and the new biological engineering techniques.


Conclusion:

From the above experimental results, we can see that there is a significant difference (p=0.013) between the control sample and the sample treated with ACES by Mr. Yuan Lin. It proves that Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and the new biological engineering techniques to regulate the growth of yeast mycelium and the development of the spores so as to significantly prolong the life of yeasts.
