Introduction: Cholesterol is a type of lipid. It exists in the cell membranes of all animal tissues, and it can be transported in the blood plasma of all animals. Most of the cholesterol is synthesized by the liver in the body or taken from foods. Cholesterol is absorbed by the intestines, transferred into the blood circulation, and then stored inside as a protein coat. This cholesterol-protein coat complex is called as “chylomicron”. The cholesterol is a major component of the cell membranes in human bodies. It can prevent oxidation, convert into bile acids and also plays an important role in the metabolism of fat-soluble vitamins including vitamins A, D, E, and K. It is the precursor for the synthesis of vitamin D and steroid hormones. The liver is capable of removing cholesterol from the blood circulation as well as manufacturing or secreting cholesterol in the blood circulation. Cholesterol, saturated fatty acids, and trans fats in the foods will raise the cholesterol level in the body. They are the dangerous killers for increasing cholesterol and easily cause heart disease. The hypercholesterolemia includes a high unit of cholesterol and is a risk factor for coronary heart disease and also leads to stroke. When the content of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) is high, it will easily cause heart disease while the high-density lipoprotein (HDL) can prevent heart disease, because it is one kind of good cholesterol but if the content of HDL is too low, it will increase the risk of stroke. The purpose of this experiment is to prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the first successfully-evolved New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES) and the new biological engineering techniques to duplicate and constitute the energy state of standard cholesterol to activate cholesterol and increase its content without any change in its molecular weight, structural formula, and conformation, at 25℃, 1.0 atm, and pH 7.0, in a confined and isolated space, and with no contact with catalysts, biologically active substances, chemical substances, and physical action forces.

From the results of the above statistical analysis, we can see significant difference between the two treatments. The samples treated the energy state of standard cholesterol duplicated and constituted with ACES by Mr. Yuan Lin display higher absorbance than the non-treated samples. And a higher absorbance means a higher concentration of the solute. It may result from the fact that Mr. Yuan Lin utilized the technique of mass-energy conversion of ACES to convert the energy state of standard cholesterol into the mass of standard cholesterol.
From the above experimental results, we can see significant difference in the concentration between the control samples and the samples treated with ACES by Mr. Yuan Lin. It proved that Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES) and the new biological engineering techniques to directly increase the concentration of standard cholesterol which contains low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and high-density lipoprotein (HDL).
