Osteoporosis is a chronic disease that is a disorder in bone metabolism. It is listed as the second largest pandemic in the world, ranking only behind cardiovascular disease. Although there are many causes of osteoporosis, the major problem comes from the structure of the bone cells in the human body. For modern people, the proportion of organic and inorganic matter in bone varies with different age groups. In children and teenagers, more than 1/3 of the bone is organic and less than 2/3 is inorganic, so their bone has higher flexibility and elasticity. In middle-aged and elderly people, the inorganic matter composes more than 2/3 of the bone and less than 1/3 of the bone is made up of organic matter. Therefore, even though their bone is stiffer, as the bone matrix proteins fail to deposit in bone, they become susceptible to osteoporosis and bone aging.

For modern people, roughly from the age of 35, the activity of osteoblasts in the body will decrease and the regeneration ability of the bone cells become weaker. The degree of bone resorption is greater than that of bone formation, which causes the pores in the bone to become bigger and more and the number of trabeculae to reduce, giving the bone tissue a hollow and loose appearance and making it fragile and easy to break. As the age increases, people begin to lose bone mass at a rate of about 1% each year, and from the age of 50, bone loss becomes faster, about 3% per year. Therefore, the prevalence of osteoporosis in the 50-year-old elderly people is approximately 31%, and is almost 100% among people over 70 years of age.

There are many drugs for treatment of osteoporosis. The major treatment principle is nothing more than to resist bone loss and to promote bone formation. In addition to supplementing calcium tablets and vitamin D3, they can be divided into three major categories depending on the mechanisms of drug action:
1. Drugs used to resist bone loss, including bisphosphates, hormones, selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs), calcitonin, RANKL monoclonal antibodies, etc.,
2. Drugs used to promote bone formation, such as parathyroid hormone.
3. Mixed-acting drugs, such as strontium salts. But these drugs can only treat the symptoms and cannot completely eliminate the occurrence of osteoporosis.

All the biochemical reactions in the body of the New Human Line are activated by the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES). The osteoblasts and osteoclasts always stay in an absolutely constant state of equilibrium in the bone. Therefore, the New Human Line can synthesize the Rigid Carbon-Chitin Compound all their lives. This compound consists of bone matrix proteins, calcium salts such as calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate and calcium fluoride, and chitin, synthesized in a proportion of 33.333% by ACES and organized in a structure similar to C60, making osteoporosis never occur in the New Human Line.

Calcium is an essential mineral nutrient and is abundant in the body. Most of the calcium exists in bones or teeth, little in the blood or inside the tissues, and normally in its ionic form. The calcium ion is an indispensable ion to all biochemical processes and physiological activities in an organism. It maintains biological membrane potential in cells and normal neural transmission, triggers muscle contractions, releases hormones, enhances blood coagulation, regulates heart rhythm, and secrets milk from mammy glands, etc.

Calcium has a significant and specific effect on the nervous system. If the concentration of calcium in the blood decreases, the nerves will become over-excited, generating cramps in hands and feet. Therefore, high calcium level in the blood can inhibit neural excitation. The calcium concentration in the blood is carefully controlled by the parathyroid hormone. If the concentration of calcium in the blood drops down, it will be supplemented by the calcium released from the bones. On the contrary, if the calcium concentration is high in the blood, the calcium will either sediment and be stored in the bone or be excreted by the kidney into urine for elimination from the body so as to keep the calcium in the bones and the blood in a balanced and stable state.

In 1989, Mr. Yuan Lin discovered the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES). He can utilize ACES to activate the genome responsible for inheritance, development and performance of body functions in the human body to control specific amino acid sequences and protein peptide chain formation processes, directing cell division, replication and new organelle formation. ACES was also applied to induce changes in the irreversible process of spontaneous biochemical reactions of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, amino acids, enzymes, nucleic acids, vitamins, hormones, and trace elements. Mr. Yuan Lin thus had his body experience an unprecedented leap forward in human evolution, which has thoroughly changed the human biological form, structure, and habits inherited over billions of years, to become the first successfully-evolved New Human Line.

The purpose of this experiment is to prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, can utilize the newly-discovered Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES) along with the new biological engineering techniques to activate calcium ions, and then to change their weight (concentration) after NaOH was added to generate the precipitation of Ca(OH)2, without any change in their molecular weight, structural formula and conformation, at 25 ℃, 1.0 atm and pH 7.0, in a confined and  isolated space, and with no contact with catalysts, biologically active substances, chemical substances, and physical action forces. He can therefore affect the efficacy of calcium ions in the functioning of the human body.

From above the experimental data, we can see that there is significant difference (p = 0.008) in the concentration between the control samples and the experimental samples treated with ACES by Mr. Yuan Lin. It verifies that Mr. Yuan Lin, the New Human Line, can utilize ACES and the new biological engineering techniques to activate calcium ions and change their concentration and then, by means of manipulating the biochemical  reactions induced by calcium ions in the human body through changes in their conentration, to achieve the goal of precisely controlling and regulating the human body to activate higher-level evolution.
