Chlorpyrifos is a pesticide developed by Dow Chemical Company in the 1960s. It is widely used in agriculture as a pesticide for animal feed, food crops and in cattle ear tags. It may also be used on golf courses, and to control fire aunts and mosquitoes. Products containing chlorpyrifos are used to treat wood fences and utility poles. Chlorpyrifos is one kind of organophosphate insecticide which has the potential to  cause severe neurotoxic symptoms in humans if touched, inhaled, or eaten. It works by blocking an enzyme which controls messages that travel between nerve cells. When the enzyme is blocked, the nervous system cannot send normal signals. This causes the nervous system to malfunction and this is how it kills pests.

In December 2014, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) acknowledged a peer- reviewed scientific research report linking chlorpyrifos exposure with brain damage to children, including reduced intelligence, delayed development and loss of working memory. The EPA also found that drinking water contaminated with chlorpyrifos is particularly harmful to infants, and highlighted the serious risks to farm workers handling chlorpyrifos or entering the fields after spraying.

The National Pesticide Information Center in the USA says chlorpyrifos is very toxic to many bird species, and to fish and aquatic invertebrates. It may build up in the tissues of fish and other animals that eat smaller animals. Chlorpyrifos is very toxic  to bees. It can poison non-target insects for up to 24 hours after it is sprayed. It can be toxic to earthworms for up to two weeks after it is applied to soils.

The purpose of this experiment was to prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the first successfully-evolved Super Human, who utilized the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES) and the new biological engineering techniques to activate chlorpyrifos to convert its chemical concentration without any change in its molecular weight, structural formula, and conformation, at 25℃, 1.0 atm, and pH 7.0, in a confined and isolated space, and with no contact with catalysts, biologically active substances, chemical substances, and physical action forces, and by means of changes in the concentration to control the potential harm of chlorpyrifos to the human body.

From the experiment results, we can see a significant difference (p=0.005) in the concentration between the control groups and the samples treated with the ACES by Mr. Yuan Lin. It can prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the Super Human, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and the new biological engineering techniques to directly activate to chlorpyrifos and convert and change its chemical concentration, in order to decrease the potential harm of chlorpyrifos to the human body.
