The Function of Detoxifying Bacillus thuringiensis

Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) is an insect-pathogenic bacterium which belongs to aerobic, Gram-positive rod-shaped bacteria. In times of nutritional deficiency or poor environmental conditions, it will enter the stationary phase of its growth cycle or differentiate to form spores and insecticidal crystal proteins (ICPs) which are specifically toxic to certain organisms.

The mode of action of Bacillus thuringiensis inkilling insects is a multi-step toxicity process. When the insect larvae ingest Bacillus thuringiensis, the toxin crystals are broken down to protoxins by their alkaline intestinal fluid and proteases. The protoxins are then activated into toxins. These active toxins bind to specific membrane receptors located in the epithelial cells of the intestinal walls of the midgut, rupture the cells and damage the integrity of the digestive tract of the insects. The poisoned insects quickly stop eating and then die.

The purpose of this experiment was to prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the first successfully-evolved Super Human, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES) and the new biological engineering techniques to activate Bacillus thuringiensis to convert its chemical concentration without any change in its molecular weight, structural formula, and conformation, at 25℃, 1.0 atm, and pH 7.0, in a confined and isolated space, and with no contact with catalysts, biologically active substances, chemical substances, and physical action forces, and by means of changes in the concentration to control the potential harm of Bacillus thuringiensis to the human body.

From the above experiment results, we can see a significant difference (p=0.039) in the concentration between the control groups and the samples treated with the ACES by Mr. Yuan Lin. It can prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the Super Human, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and the new biological engineering techniques to activate to Bacillus thuringiensis and convert and change its chemical concentration, so as to reduce the potential harm of Bacillus thuringiensis to the human body.
