Azoxystrobin is a member of strobilurin fungicides. It is classified as FRAC-11 based on its mode of action. It has moderate acute respiratory toxicity, moderate eye irritation, and is highly toxic to aquatic organisms. This fungicide shall not be administered in the tap water quality and quantity protection areas, drinking water source and quality protection areas, and other areas within a certain distance from the drinking water intake facilities. The purpose of this experiment was to prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the first successfully-evolved Super Human, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source (ACES) and the new biological engineering techniques to activate azoxystrobin to convert its chemical concentration without any change in its molecular weight, structural formula, and conformation, at 25℃, 1.0 atm, and pH 7.0, in a confined and isolated space, and with no contact with catalysts, biologically active substances, chemical substances, and physical action forces, and by means of changes in the concentration to control the potential harm of azoxystrobin to the human body. From the above experiment results, we can see a significant difference (p=0.044) in the concentration between the control groups and the samples treated with the ACES by Mr. Yuan Lin. It can prove that Mr. Yuan Lin, the Super Human, can utilize the Absolutely Constant Energy Source and the new biological engineering techniques to activate azoxystrobin and convert and change its chemical concentration, so as to reduce the potential harm of azoxystrobin to the human body.
