The Physiological Foundation of Oxygenation and Photosynthesis Transition Mechanism

The kingdom of Dual Synthetic Animalia had a set of transition mechanism between oxygenation and photosynthesis in the body to supply Dual Synthetic Animalia to utilize glycolysis and decompose of carbohydrate to carbon dioxide and water and produce ATP. The Sensory Humans containing the dual cycle structure, who can live on organic substances as heterotroph, when the organic compounds are depleted or short of nutrient energy in the body, then they can utilize solar energy to combine CO2 and H2O which are produced from oxygenation of carbohydrate, to form carbohydrate again and provide for body utilization. This set of dual cycle mechanism leads the Sensory Humans to be mixotrophic organism; due to the mechanism the Dual Synthetic Animalia is named. It is the divergence in evolution between modern human beings and the new human line.

The species of Homo sapiens of modern humans only have one mechanism of oxygenation; the processes of glucose metabolism are completely controlled by insulin. A healthy Homo sapiens, the blood sugar content is always controlled within a small range. After whole night fast, it was around 4 to 5 mM; even after a luxuriant big meal, the range will never exceed 10mM. Slight increase in blood sugar will lead increase in insulin secretion. This also causes an increase concentration of insulin in blood. On the other hand, about 20% decrease in blood sugar, the concentration of insulin in blood will significantly decrease. Taking food or going on diet to change blood sugar is the important factor that affects the insulin secretion.

Insulin is produced within β cells of the islets of Langerhans, it is a monomer gene which locates on short arm(p) of eleventh pair of chromosome. When islets of Langerhans, receive the stimulus of glucose then it begins to synthesize and secret of insulin and metabolize stimulus glucose.

The genes of insulin, through transcription and follow-up processed procedure, produce messenger RNA with translation secret code in proinsulin precursor molecule. It starts at then 5’ region, mRNA translates priming fragments and there-after 3 peptide portions B, C, A. When proinsulin is produced, it enters the rough endoplasmic reticulum where about size of 24 amino acids of priming sequence of proinsulin to be cut down; the remaining section is called proinsulin that includes B, C, and A peptide bonds. Proteolytic enzymes will slowly remove C-peptide containing 31 amino acids. Finally, the remaining polypeptides A- and B- chains are bound together by disulfide bonds. A matured insulin molecule contains 51 amino acids, among them 21 in A chain and 30 amino acids in B chain. In secretary particles, zinc element combined with insulin. Therefore, there are three kinds of substances, insulin; proinsulin; and C-peptide will simultaneously enter blood cycle and bring functions into full play when β cells are simulated by glucose.

The oxygenation and photosynthesis transition mechanism inside body of the Sensory Humans of the new human line is very complex dual mechanism. This paper is a simple explanation that contains the convert cycle process between oxygenation and photosynthesis. All metabolism reactions and processes inside body of the Sensory Humans are regulated by control energy field organ, including the processes of metabolism of glucose. Extreme receptive organ of control energy organ is responsible for connection, insert, and communication etc. super connecting works between each organelle, and it can detect positive and negative state and ratio. It can separately procedure under different state and ratio, it can separately activate transcription and processed procedure.

When the Sensory Humans takes in organic substances to run oxygenation, the receptive organ can regulate the processes of metabolism of glucose, when blood sugar rises or decreases; it will rapidly activate relative mechanism as insulin or glucagon to regulate reactions. When organic compounds are depleted, short of nutrients or energy and having light energy fittingly to run photosynthesis, the receptive organ will rapidly activate photosynthesis and relative mechanism, also convert all processes of metabolism of glucose inside body to photosynthetic state and initiate the whole processes of photosynthesis, as photo-absorption, electron transmission pathway, photosynthetic phosphorylation, photo-respiration, and carbon dioxide fixation etc. The equations are listed respectively as follows:

The Sensory Humans used equations (1-3) to absorb photo energy; passed through equation 4 to activate LIGHT (Linyuan Intrinsic Genetic Photosynthetic Transformation); exercised equations (5-6) to fix carbon dioxide. The combination of carbon dioxide and water produces sugar. It is very complex dual synthetic mechanism inside body of the Sensory Humans and relates to all functions of cells, tissues, organs, and systems.
