Spinal Cord Block Medical Experiment for the Order of Control Energy

Before detailed explanation, we hope to introduce the current medical principles, techniques, and advantages and disadvantages of spinal cord block. 3. Some of harmful complications even threaten to the life or unexpectedly suffer a setback in trying to take advantage of a situation. It will create double confusion.
4. It is not simple as “WHO three steps of stopping pain management” in execution.
5. It is not a mainstream for pain treatment; it is only the assistance means.

3. The absolute energy regulator organ which is responsible to change the Absolute Homeostasis Energy Source to a regulated exercise, it can execute the high level functions of activation, constitute, construction, and control.

According to “The Declaration of Human Evolution” article 12. The research, development, and application of the functions and techniques of the Sensory Humans should be aimed for the creation of more perfect and satisfactory life and the benefits of the world. In 1995, Mr. Yuan Lin, who was in charge the proposal of human evolution, started a medical experiment, that is to change the Absolute Homeostasis Energy Source to an absolute energy source having regulated characteristics, and later, he utilized the regulative technique to run spinal cord block to treat pain and to accomplish the purpose of medicine.

In 2000, Mr. Lin stopped this medical experimental plan after the completion of animal clinical experiment. The main reason is that it may disregard the purpose of human evolution. Although this medical technique can give the benefits to human beings, we cannot neglect that this technique may lead human body to show permanent block to sensory ruin. Those ranked as common can be published in international academic organizations or research institutes. And those ranked as confidential, secret, and above secret can be published in The Association Official Website after the confidentiality dissolves. The conditions for dissolving the confidentiality shall be enacted by the Association.
(2). Scientific researches and experiments were carried out by the Sensory Humans belong to confidential information and should be saved in encrypted formats. Information ranked as above-secret should be saved following the pattern of the “Absolute Homeostasis Energy Source”.
